Our Sauvignon Blanc Is Grown Only In The Cooler Confines Of Napa Valley. Meticulous Canopy Management Allows The Scattering Of Sunlight Onto Each Cluster, Helping To Develop The Essences Of Flavors And Aromas That Are Unique To Perfectly Ripened Sauvignon Blanc.

Our 2016 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay Has Aromas Of Toasted Hazelnuts, White Flowers, Lemon Verbena, And Peach. Battonage And Sur Lees Aging Provide A Texture That Resonates With Tension And Length. On The Palate, The Wine Unfolds With Flavors Of Lemon Curd And Stone Fruit. Subtle Oak And Bright Minerality Provide Nuance To This Rich And Elegant Wine.

Valley 2016
The 2016 Blue Jay Pinot Noir Is An Anderson Valley Bottling Consisting Of Fruit Sourced From The Corners Vineyard In The Town Of Booneville. This Deep Colored Pinot Noir Begins With Aromas Of Dark Berry, Cranberry, Orange, And Peat Moss As Earthy Tones Come Into Play. This Shows A Bright Acidity And Wonderful Mouthfeel With Notable Weight. Dark Fruits Mingle With Red Fruits In The Glass As This Shows Terrific Richness And Terroir.

This Wine Is Deep Garnet In Color, Exhibiting Aromatic Layered Notes Of Dried Fig, Blackcurrant, Black Pepper, Wet Gravel, And Dried Basil. Mouth Coating Flavors Of Blackberry Preserves, Tobacco, Anise, Cocoa, And Nutmeg Develop On The Palate. With A Full Spectrum Of Tannins, The Wine Is Powerful, Chewy, And Round In Texture Integrating Into A Long Smooth Finish.
